Haigs Associate Surveyors was formed in 1990 by Clive Rutland FRICS MAE and two other founding members to provide independent professional surveying services to clients.  Over the years members have retired and Clive Rutland is the remaining active member providing independent advice to clients across southern Hampshire.  Clive now trades as Rutland Chartered Surveyors from 3 locations across southern Hampshire.

Rutland Chartered Surveyors provide an all round approach to property so as to benefit the client, not only in the short term, but in the longer term.  If we are instructed for one task we will not ignore issues if they are unconnected with that, but affect you. We provide wholly objective advice to prospective purchasers, vendors and tenants untainted by any interest in agency and with the skills and experience that you would expect of Registered Valuers in an RICS regulated firm.
